If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 30-day Return Policy is applicable to all products sold on

While damaged or defective footwear are also covered under the 30-day Return Policy; You can initiate a return under the 30-day Return Policy in case a damaged or defective product is delivered to you or if you are not satisfied with the product or the fit.

Product specific policies

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them in.

Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:

  • Damages due to use or misuse of product
  • Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers or labels
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • Given the current world health situation and safety concerns, masks and inner wear would be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment.

Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment
